We love a multi-purpose product. The Basic Oil was specifically designed to nourish the scalp, hair and skin. It was formulated with noncomedogenic ingredients that were chosen because of their unique ability to protect, cleanse and repair.
Suggested use: Before you wash your hair, massage the oil into your scalp and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. Wash it out and style as usual. This will help with product buildup, dandruff, and any itchy/dry scalp issues. After your shower, apply to the face and body while the skin is still damp.
Star ingredient: Chicalote Mexican Prickly Poppy - this beautiful flower was believed to be sacred to the Aztec rain god, Tlaloc because it flourishes during the dry season. The leaves and stems are antibacterial, anti-fungal and anti-parasitic. The flower itself contains alkaloids and flavanoids which contribute to its antioxidant and skin-soothing properties. Chicalote is known for treating inflammation, cleansing the skin, supporting the skin barrier and healing damaged or inflamed areas.
We do not use any preservatives or emulsifiers in our products. SHAKE WILL BEFORE EACH USE.
